History: The 1300 Giulietta Spider Veloce was ahead of its time when first introduced in the 1950’s. It has a beautiful Pininfarina designed body, a 1.3-liter DOHC inline four-cylinder engine, and a four-speed transmission. It was a true roadster without a quarter vent window, and when the soft top was down, it was flush with the rear deck. Only 2,796 were built during its production run. Approximately 1,000 of the highly desirable 750F Series like this car were produced. They are an example of Italian design and engineering excellence. The Spider Veloce is eligible for most rallies, shows, and events worldwide. According to factory records, 149504663 was completed on August 27, 1958, and delivered to the Hoffman Motor Car Company of New York. After sitting stagnant since the 1970s, it was purchased by Los Angeles based Alfa enthusiast, Brandon Adrian, who commissioned a complete restoration of the vehicle. It is now complete, stunning, and ready for show or rally.

Condition: A matching numbers engine, transmission, and colors. The vehicle underwent a full bare-metal restoration which was extensively documented and reached completion in 2015. This included an engine rebuild by an Alfa Romeo Specialist Anthony Rimicci in Southern California with yellow fuel lines, proper DCO3 carburetors, original Veloce cams, Veloce oil pan, and original sand cast Veloce cylinder head. The gearbox, suspension bushings, brakes, and exhaust manifold, among other components were also restored. The chassis is solid and tight, the engine well-tuned, and the steering communicative. Prized for their eager balance and performance, 149504663 drives as a great 750F Giulietta Spider Veloce should.

Of Note: Comes with original tool kit, binder of restoration receipts, and original jack. Archivo Storio build letter.
