Giorgio Scarlatti’s Ferrari Dino 246 S catches fire in pit lane and a young Mark Leonard, was standing next to his father, Max across the way when the incident happened.
The elder Leonard immediately turned his 8mm camera towards the action unfolding before his eyes.
Mark Leonard recalls frequenting the Nurburgring 100kms and other races with his dad each summer. Now he takes his son, Max to the races as often as possible.
