History:
Documented USA SCCA Formula C race history from the late 1960’s forward. Includes old magazine advertisements, race photos, and good history from the 1960’s forward. Then from the 1990’s until 2016 the car was raced in historic races in the USA at Laguna Seca, Sonoma, and other tracks.
In the 1990’s it was actively raced in Europe in the FIA Formula Junior championship including the Monaco Historic Grand Prix. During the past 35 years it has been owned by Gil Nickel of Far Niente Winery and then his son Jeremy. It has been on display at the car barn at the winery for years.
Condition:
Maintained by Dave Vegher’s Veloce Motors in Petaluma, California. A front running Junior with the best race prep and engines at that time. Then in the past 10 years the car has been in a private collection and not raced.
